Named after one of the family’s children, Totsy’s Cakes and Pastries offers a delightful selection of cakes, pastries, and breads that are ideal for light daytime snacks. Established in 1995, the first branch opened in Bagontaas, Valencia City, Bukidnon.
In March 2024, the establishment rebranded itself as a full-service coffee shop, now known simply as Totsy’s. The inaugural store following this rebranding is located in Malaybalay, Bukidnon.
Totsy’s Ascendido, their first branch in Davao City, proudly serves as their flagship location. Their menu has expanded to feature a diverse range of tempting options, including all-day breakfast items, fresh salads, hearty pasta dishes, satisfying rice bowls, and a carefully curated selection of coffees to enhance any meal. The interiors are thoughtfully designed in a soothing pistachio green palette, reminiscent of the serene forests of Bukidnon.
Travelers can also enjoy a variety of pasalubong treats available in the coffee shop, with bestsellers including Ube Ensaymada, Cheese Roll, Cheese Puff, Pineapple Strudel, Apple Strudel, Pecan Pie, and Chocolate Moist Cake.
