Modesto Cafe, one of the well-known cafe at Indahag Hills is now at Big Bite Food Festival in Ayala Centrio Mall. This homegrown family-oriented cafe ought to bring its flavorful food offerings here at Downtown CDO through Big Bite Food Festival for everyone to try.
According to the owner, Ms. Maria Carmela Urbano Bermundo, Modesto Cafe started during the peak of the Pandemic when the city is on lockdown. They thought of applying their Business Consultancy Service advice with their own business and they bravely accepted the pandemic challenge by starting the cafe from scratch with just a few staff members. Through their skills with Business as Business Consultants, the cafe upgraded in terms of menu and services, their area also improved until such time that it has grown into a full-blown Modesto Cafe that it is now.
Now at Big Bite Food Festival, they took this opportunity in order to test the water here at downtown by serving their best sellers at the food festival in Centrio Ayala Mall. This way, they can reach some customers who don’t have the opportunity to visit their cafe at Indahag Hills.
